ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS

– The Lisburn Road AA Group was established in 1948 and has been resident in the Agape Centre since June 2021 and holds meetings every day:

Monday – Friday                                   8pm

Saturday & Sunday                              6pm

Wednesday & Saturday lunchtime      12.30pm

The group also holds an online meeting on Zoom (8106505858) on Sunday at 12 noon.

The first Monday night of every month is an OPEN MEETING which is opento the public and presents a great opportunity to learn about the disease of alcoholism in an anonymous environment. All other meetings are ‘closed meetings’ of AA: the only requirement for attending a closed meeting of AA is that you have a desire to stop drinking. You do not have to provide any personal details or register in any way – just come along to a meeting.

A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organisation or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; and neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other Alcoholics to achieve sobriety
